He had been working in Housing & Development Board for 20 years before joining Surbana International Consultants Pte Ltd for 5 years. Mr. Patrick become director in GIMS in 2008. With more than 30 years of public housing planning & design experience. His team is specialized in Lift Upgrading Programme, House Improvement Programme, Built-To-Order (BTO) and Electrical Upgrading Programme (ELUP).
